Dear Strength Community, I have opened up a Strength and Olympic Weightlifting facility in East Palo Alto one block from Menlo Park. The facility is open to people of all ages and backgrounds for one on one interaction or small group.

It's an extremely unique club that focuses on development and competition of youth weightlifters. There's also a growing master's group that are training. It's hard to beat the experience of the coaches and the culture of the team there. Even after a tough session or a bad day at work, I leave the gym feeling inspired!
