FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No "standard" prices. All prices are customized to what it is you need. I range from $45 a session (nutritional guidance) to $95 a session if as far as San Francisco. Prices vary per service and location. I work off of the 5 Components of Fitness 1- Strength Training 2- Cardiovascular 3- Flexibility & Mobility 4- Nutritional Guidance (I can even help cook pre or post workouts) 5- Supplemental Guidance We can go about packages per request of service type. Everything is customized. We can work remotely or I can go to you. Once a program is started you can choose how you'd like to meet. We don't always have to meet face to face. I can FaceTime, Google Hangout, Text , email or speak over the phone at anytime. I am a hands on and away trainer. If it is the type of training you are interested in. The way I work is I believe fitness should not be stressful. I am here to help you and guide you on a lifestyle change.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
