Massage: The first massage session will begin 15 min prior to your scheduled session time. I will go over your health history with you and discuss what kind of customized massage you would like. I will then leave the massage room and you will undress to your comfort level. Proper draping will always occur during every session. Once the session is done I will leave the room again and you will redress. Dance/Fitness/Zumba: You will fill out a health history and liability waiver prior to your session. We will stretch, then begin class, and end with a cool down. Wedding/Quince: I will meet with you prior to your first session and go over agreed music and choreography details. Sessions will consist strictly choreography. No stretching or cool downs will occur.
