Not only was Scott incredibly professional, he was also really knowledgeable and friendly. His advice was always geared to getting us the most result for our dollar. Ultimately I feel like I learned so much from Scott about what we actually need in terms of whole house AC, why we need that particular feature and what the benefits would be. Scotts quote was incredibly thorough and he was a joy to work with. On top of all this, he insisted on checking the health of our old split system, even going as far as to clean the old condenser. He and his crew put in the whole system, from installing a condenser, putting ducts in the attic, adding vents in the ceilings, venting the system from under the house to out of the roof, and installing a smart thermostat, in 2 days. They arrived on time, explained what they’d done, showed me how everything worked, and left my house every day cleaner than it was when they arrived. My living room ceiling has some decorative molding, and Joseph explained where he would install the ducts so as not to interfere with it. I felt like he and his crew, including his son, treated my little 1000 square foot house with as much care and attention as a they would a much larger project."See more
