- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the industry standard & most popular option of a 1 hr. long, one-on-one personal training session. However there are additional, affordable options to chose from: 30 mins. long, 1-on-1 sessions, partner/duet, 1 hr. sessions, small group training, etc. You can sample our services via our Groupon deal which is quite a steal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct an initial, FREE assessment to identify current level of fitness and design an individualized workout regimen to suit client needs, fitness level, areas of concern and address desired goals. We begin with simple exercise tests to establish a starting point and progress by incorporating different movements and exercises while keeping your health, safety & personal best interest always at the forefront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our independent personal trainers hold current personal training, strength & conditioning, CPR certifications and professional liability insurance from top organizations i.e. ACE (American Council on Exercise), NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), among others.
