- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and all inclusive. Every estimate we provide covers materials, labor, and any permits that may be required. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. We keep our rates competitive by working directly with homeowners and avoiding third party markups. We also offer veteran and senior discounts, and in some cases, we’re able to provide additional savings if we’re already doing work in your neighborhood.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection and consultation. After that, we’ll provide a detailed written estimate explaining the scope of work, materials, warranties, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work, pull any required permits, and stay in touch through the whole process. Cleanup and a final walkthrough are always included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and certified through Owens Corning as Preferred Contractors, which keeps us up to date on best practices, safety, and product warranties. I’ve also worked hands-on in roofing for years before stepping into ownership, so I know the trade inside and out.
