At Luz Cleaning, pricing is based on the size of the home or space, the level of cleaning needed, and how often services are requested. We offer clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for recurring cleanings such as weekly or biweekly service. Deep cleaning or first-time cleanings may cost more due to the extra time and detail required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s cleaning needs, schedule, and expectations. Then we provide a quote based on the information given or an in-person walkthrough if needed. Once scheduled, we arrive on time with all necessary supplies, complete the cleaning with attention to detail, and follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
