JJ and I have started an intense workout regimen that quite frankly is kicking my a@%... but is exactly what I need to get back into shape both in muscle tone and cardiovascular stamina. He is at once approachable and friendly, he doesn't shout but will hold you to pushing yourself as far as you can go, and then a little more. If you are committed to getting into shape, I HIGHLY recommend meeting up with JJ. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and will literally answer any nutrition questions I have as often as I have them throughout the day via text in a very quick manner. I also really love the variety of workouts he has led me through: weigh training, intense cardio, interval training, boxing/martial arts... I'm pretty convinced he can do anything. Three things you should know: 1. You will sweat... a lot! 2. You will be sore... really sore. 3. You will have a good time through it.
If you want someone with a great deal of experience, knowledge-base, innovative workouts, rigor, and a great personality all in one, OJ is your go-to trainer. He comes from a solid background of various sports, training athletes, and the newest, most beneficial workouts to meet individual needs. I am highly impressed and would recommend him to anyone interested in a trainer that knows his trade and takes pride in helping his clients meet their goals.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Hugo– he’s calm, knowledgeable, and listens to what your goals are and what you want out of a personal training experience. Hugo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and designs every session to be challenging (& somehow fun). Since meeting Hugo, it’s the first time I’ve ever looking forward to training in a gym. Time passes quickly and the sessions varies. He also provides a rounded service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted.

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. Paul is a great Personal Trainer. I've been training with him for the last 5 years or so and have seen a lot of improvement in my physique and heatlh. His training ethics and interpersonal skills are bar none! He's the best!
Manuk isn't an ordinary trainer. He pays close attention to your needs and goals and tailors the work out plan accordingly. I loved the different work out plans each and every time which helped me like working out. One of the main reasons Manuks training works for me is because he motivates and inspires me every time. The key for me was to stay consistent.

Yesterday was the first day of training and all I can say is I got really lucky finding Mark. He's a very nice guy, he works with you perfectly, he's personable and genuinely cares. The really cool thing about working with Mark is that I'm walking away from our meetings feeling super motivated, even more than I expected. I'm looking forward to working with him through my journey of getting back to where I want to be weight and health-wise. I highly recommend Mark!
Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.
I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Jacob used a variety of different workouts that I've never tried out. I will be going back to workout with him again and see what level he can take me to. Thanks again Jacob!
Luke is an Amazing coach helping to get me the results I want physically. He incorporates many different styles of workout and also helped me with meal planning. I am excited about my results so far! When looking for a trainer, I wanted someone who is fit. Luke exceeds the bill.

I have been training with Marcos for a few months now. I love that he has had all the patience in the world for me but also pushes me when I need it. Before hiring him I had a very low self esteem and wasn't feeling good about myself. I train with him 4x per week and I absolutely love it! Now that I have improved my body by toning up I feel great about myself and I have a lot less stress. The one thing I enjoy the most is that he comes to me and I don't have to make another drive once I've gotten home from work. He is very professional and I recommend him to all of my friends that need to lose weights.
Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. Carman is the best trainer. He's very knowledgeable and works with your schedule. His upbeat and positive personality makes the training that much more enjoyable. He knows when to push you harder and when to step back during training sessions. His sessions are very affordable, plus he drives to your location. EG's Training is a great place for anyone to develop a training regiment or a plan to help to lose weight. Eddie was always focused on performing all excerises correctly and that I had a great experience while I worked out.
