Kalee is top notch. He arrived on time, was professionally equipped, did a thorough job inspecting and documenting his findings, was reasonably priced, and was pleasant to deal with. I didn’t feel he cut any corners, but took his time. He also took the time to verbally explain key elements and was tactful when the seller’s agent attempted to refute what he’d found. And he didn’t “disappear” when I had questions after the job was done. My only criticism, if there’s any to be made, is that sometimes the formatting of the report made it a bit unclear. Overall, I’m very happy I selected him and that he was available! A great value for peace of mind.

My experience with SoCal Elite was excellent from beginning to end. I was able to get an inspection scheduled right away and they accommodated my schedule. Our inspector, Kalee Fonseca, was very thorough and knowledgeable during the summary. He walked us through the home to explain his findings and put my clients at ease in the process. We received the inspection report that evening and it was professional and easy to understand. SoCal Elite will be my number one "go-to" inspection company to refer my clients to.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your pricing is dependant on your square footage of home. Ancillary services such as Air Quality sampling, Mold, Pool is at an additional cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductory at beginning describing what the inspection covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc. We always ask the customer what their concerns are in the home. At the end we give a full summary of our findings and answer any of their questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified Master Inspectors and Internachi certified. To receive a Master Inspector status you would have had to complete well over 1000 inspections and completed all courses related to Home Inspections.
