FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organization Occasion does not provide written estimates for a given project/job. It is often very difficult to assess how long an organizing job will take until the work begins. I work on an hourly basis so clients can see how much they are spending as we work. If we are nearing the budget cap, I can always utilize a consulting approach, such as assigning "homework" until the following visit to reduce costs. I also have a pre-paid schedule fee that reduces the cost for 3-6-12 (4 hr.+) sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, a short consultation is where we begin. I gather information about the task and what it will look like when completed. I can assist in getting your project started, work with you from start to finish, or work alone throughout after we thoroughly discuss the expectations of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a lifelong interest and background in helping people. I have also realized one of my strengths is organizational skills. With my combination of people and organization skills, I decided to merge my two interests to create a Home Organization business.
