I've been working out with Coach Jo for about 1 year and he's AWESOME. He not only gives you great motivation, he also helps build you confidence and assist you with meal plan options.
I've always been an active person, so workout isn't foreign to me. Prior to working out with Coach Jo, my workout consist of just running on the treadmill and routine circuits; the typical go to the gym and go home routine. Nothing too exciting or consistent.
After training with Coach Jo, I noticed a difference in my step. His routines are challenging both mentally and physically. With all the new challenges, I also became more excited and confident about working out. I started looking forward to working out and seeing how I can improve my physique and mind set. I wasn't the only one noticing a difference, my friends and family also noticed. They complimented on my "tone arms/legs" and positive attitude.
Recently, I found out my husband and I are expecting. Besides being super supportive, he's also continue to challenge me while making sure I stayed safe in my workouts. THANKS COACH JO!!!
