- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing can be found on our website under "Services". For the most part we stay true to our pricing that is advertised however in some cases pricing is raised due to number of animals on site.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our founder, Shannon, has always been obsessed with the well-being of animals. Since she was born she has had a dog by her side, and as she grew up she opened her heart to all other types of animals. She has always put the animals' needs above her own. If the animal is happy, she is happy. If the animal is unhappy, she is unhappy. She also suffers from an anxiety disorder herself so she sympathizes for the animals who experience this on a daily basis, but also those that only experience this while away from home. This is why she has stepped in to do the best she can to minimize their psychological pain. Many animal's psychological needs go unnoticed and she makes it a priority to bring attention to a very important matter.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our pet sitting jobs are only for dogs or cats. However, we have gotten other jobs watching animals as small as rodents to as big as a horse. We only walk dogs, but some other animals such as horses need to be taken out for exercise too. Our grooming services are less popular because we only bathe and brush, but we do have some clients who like to add on those services.
