Completely satisfied customer. After going through 4 months of high price rip off quotes from a few of contractors listed on Thumbtack. I decided to go with Richard. My neighbor and I spoke with Richard on Sunday. Richard was upfront with the pricing and services that he could provide. He completely delivered on his promise to get the job done.
