I can't describe how much I enjoyed my experience working with Megan Brown. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, and she was able to include more flowers than originally proposed because we came in under budget. I LOVED my bridal bouquet and the cohesive elegance of all the flowers for the full bridal party. Megan was able to incorporate my favorite two-toned calla lilies while making the entire arrangement look lush and natural. Delivery was punctual and easy, and her set up in the reception hall looked wonderful. The lantern centerpieces were the perfect match for my vision of Megan communicates well, through both email and text, and is flexible with payment schedules. I highly recommend her floral and event planning expertise!

Jessica and her team stepped in at the last minute and pulled everything together for me for the day of my event. It allowed me to focus on the nearly 100 guests I’d invited and not have to worry about the caterer, bartenders, wait staff, valets, photographer, flowers, set up, etc. Jessica was professional and handled all the vendors respectfully, as well as attended to needs of the guests. I appreciated her ability to anticipate their needs, respond to their requests and do it all so seamlessly. As one who plans corporate events myself, I know the attention to detail that it takes in order to accomplish a successful event. Jessica definitely did that and I would trust her and her team to do another event for me --- without question. If you are looking for someone to plan, organize and manage your event, so that you can actually enjoy it, then 3 little birds is your event planning team.

I decided to look for a caterer for my Mom's celebration of life and my internet search lead me to Thumbtack. After inputting my needs I quickly received a response back from Tonya at Sierra Madre Catering with a detailed quote and attached menu. When I called to speak with Tonya I immediately got a good vibe from her voice. She seemed excited and eager to help plan our event and made me feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of. I am so thankful I decided to use Sierra Madre for my event. We ordered appetizers and desserts and they arrived and set everything up, brought their own trash cans and kept the tables clean as people were done eating. The staff was professional and nice and their food was DELICIOUS! Many of our guests gave feedback that the food was great and they even ran out of business cards because a lot of people were interested in having their info. At such a difficult time with the passing of a loved one, these details are important but not ones you want to worry about yourselves and Tonya and Sierra Madre staff took that burden off my shoulders and I am so thankful for that. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a caterer for any event and if I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!! Thank you Tonya and Sierra Madre Catering!!

I hired the K. Simone Group to staff my birthday party. Her team was highly professional and responsive to all my guests' needs throughout the night. The bartenders offered great, quick drinks and top-notch customer service, ensuring that party goers were having an awesome time. Kea and her team went above and beyond contracted duties, helping out wherever they could when it came to finishing off decorations or cutting and serving cake. I was pretty carefree the night of my party, and it was all thanks to the great event planning services by the K. Simone Group! I will definitely use them again and will refer them in the future.

Marie and her team did an amazing job with our wedding. She not only coordinated the event but also officiated the ceremony. The ceremony was heartfelt and everything we wanted it to be. Leading up to the wedding Marie was always helpful and continued to reassure me that our big day would be perfect. We hired Marie as our day of coordinator, so although she was not responsible for planning the entire event she did a great job of guiding me along the way and always had helpful advice and was more than willing to help with anything I needed. She and her team definitely know what they're doing, I myself am a bit of a control freak, as many brides are I'm sure, I found it hard to trust someone else with this event. However once I stopped doubting the process Marie definetly brought it all together beautifully. I had my reservation after reading some prior reviews that weren't the best, however Marie personally responded to each negative review and addressed the claimed complaint. I think a lot of people who hire a day of coordinator don't fully understand that you're hiring just that a "DAY OF" coordinator. She is there to help you along the way and really becomes involved the few weeks leading up to your event and then on the day of it's her time to shine. We had a couple snags the day of and she handled them all on her own and didn't even involve us in it, as to not create stress for us. Overall, Marie is great at helping create your dream wedding, follows your vision and puts it into place, she is pleasant to work with and takes great pride in her work. My event wouldn't have been what it was without her.

The Special Event Genie (Ricki) is truly passionate about giving her clients a great wedding. She is very thorough in her planning of events and she provides custom planning tools for her clients. She put together a very thorough and organized time line for our event which helped insure that everything ran smoothly and on time. She has a lot of experience in coordinating weddings so she was very helpful in identifying potential pitfalls that we had not thought of. She attended multiple planning meetings, facilitated our rehearsal at the venue, coordinated all vendors and led the set-up of our wedding with assistance from family and friends. We had an amazing wedding and we couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. Thanks Ricki!

Let me start by saying, most men think that they have it all figured out when it comes to women and dating. I know! I am one of those men. As a hopeless romantic myself, I never thought that I would benefit from a marriage proposal, date, and event planning company. I mean, what can they possibly show me that I haven't already thought of myself; little did I know I was in for a surprise. The ladies at OLF took care of everything for me. I mean the dinner location they chose was fantastic, they even gave me pointers on what wine to order with our steak, which was a big plus for me because it impressed my girlfriend that I was knowledgeable about a variety of wines. Prior to dinner they suggested that I take her on a short stroll where we ended up by a wall with LOVE written all over it, she was taking back by that and thought the wall was adorable. More brownie points for me. Thanks OLF. Aaaaaaaand to top it off, they had disguised photographer follow us throughout our date that snapped so many random pictures of us while we were out. I can honestly say that I was impressed with their planning and so was my girlfriend. I would recommend this company to men and women with experience on all dating levels, if they can blow my mind with their planning, imagine what they can do for YOU!

BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

LexiLou Events is a top notch special event company. They are very professional and were attentive to every detail. From the planning, to the final day, they made us feel special. Our wedding reception was truly magical. So much so that guests felt they were in "Miami". The draping was beautiful and flowed in the wind. Lighting was truly amazing. Decorations were magical. I would like to give big thank you to The Experience Decorations and Party Planning company. This is my second time using them for events the first time was a Christmas party at my home .They turn my backyard into a winter wonderland they provided tables,chairs,heating lamps, decoration, Candy Apples, cookies chocolate dipped strawberries fountains, and a custom photo frame and the second event was my godson's birthday party where they turn Paw Patrol into a reality the decorations was so realistic that you thought you were in the cartoon I was very impressed by the quality of work and professionalism and that they were able to stick with my budget. thank you sincerely Tarasha

Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!

After months of looking for someone who could help my company put together one of our annual corporate events, we found Ms. Pratt at Pat Thomas Design. Working with her was so great. We were able to completely delegate all aspects of our event to her. She was impressively responsive and professional in all ways. She was able to deliver everything with enough time. She did not let any details go unseen. Our guests and company were very impressed by the organization and logistics behind our event. Finally, the value of her services was nothing compared to all the work and dedication Danielle Pratt put into it. 10/10 would recommend getting in touch with her.

Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! I’ve worked with Above and Beyond Events for several corporate and social events - and can say that they are hands down the best event company out there. For my last event (corporate fundraiser) Selina (the owner), met with me personally and went over each and every detail, and thought of multiple things that I didn’t event think about. She is quick to respond via email, and made sure that everything ran smoothly through setup and execution of the event. She created a beautiful setup, provided lovely certerpieces and even coordinated all take down after the event. I truly can’t say enough about Selina and Above and Beyond Events, my expectations have been exceeded every time.

Deuce was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning my husband’s 40th birthday party. I wanted something that would be unforgettable but still within my budget and Deuce was able to come through with everything I wanted and more. I consider myself a pretty creative planner but I definitely pale in comparison to Jackie’s creativity when it comes to decor, presentation, and making the whole event from start to finish very memorable for my husband. Jackie is one of the sweetest, most creative people I have met in this industry and I would recommend Deuce to ANYONE who is planning any event or party. It’s worth every penny spent. A&D was so great! We hired her for a Thumbtack event for our LA pros. We didn't really have a vision for what we wanted, and were planning the event from another state. She went and walked through the space and made some great recommendations for what would look good. It looked so great!
