About

My son took piano lessons with Danielle when she was in Irvine and we loved how she worked with him. She offered incentive programs (Mozart Money and sticker charts) and put together beautiful recitals. She has a great personality and is able to relate to young kids in a way that our previous piano teacher didn't. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a teacher for younger children.

About

I loved taking voice and piano lessons with Belinda! She is definitely very knowledgable on voice and was able to help me improve on my vocal weaknesses. She also taught me to play piano and sing at the same time, which is something I love doing now!

About

As someone who has had previous piano instruction, Ivan was able to quickly assess my level and proceed with a lesson plan that was tailored to my needs. He was patient when I didn't get something and I can see myself learning a lot from him in future lessons. Overall a great teacher and a fun experience thus far.

About

Rockstars of Tomorrow, and Michael Anderson are awesome. So are all the other instructors that work with Michael. They offer Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano, Voice. (i am sure even more than that) Want to play an instrument, he probably has an instructor that can teach it. Mandolin, Ukulele, Banjo, ect. The place I really see Michael and his other instructor Chuck shine is with Kids. They are so very patient, and have a knack for keeping them interested and entertained while they are learning. I started with Mike about 4 years ago. I had been fumbling along, I knew some chords, but had really picked up some HORRIBLE bad habits. He had worked with me to strum better, learn the Barr chords, music theory, timing, and scales. And that is just in the classes. Out side the class you really get the Rock star Experience. There are multiple (FREE) concerts each year. There is not an extra charge. No charge for the show, or the rehearsal. No costume fees, no set number of tickets we have to sell. We get to play on stage under the lights in front of a hundred or more people, with either giging musicians other similar quality students playing with us. Showmanship and putting on a Show. In June 2010 we did an 80's concert. Everyone Dressed up in 80's style. I dressed up as an 80's Hair Band, wearing spandex zebra pants, big hair, and a mesh muscle shirt. It was incredibly fun. He encourages FUN. He supports Fun. Want to do a fun Song go ahead. For the 80's show he helped me re-do an Air Supply song. We took the campy slow song, sped it up, added distortion, and ended up with a pretty slick performance. Now we are working doing the same to a Back Street Boys song. He even teaches us how to be roadies- he makes us wash his car, clean his house, and get coffee. ***That part is a Joke. Michael will even help you write songs or clean up songs you have written. He helped turn my simple amateurish song into a really good piece of music. And I know he has done this with other students, even to the point of producing records, and some promotion work. 4 years ago when I was looking at Guitar lessons, I could not believe the prices. Many were more per hour than I pay my lawyer. I found other places were as much as 100 for a half hour group lesson, 200 for an hour individual lesson. Michael's prices were the cheapest -by far- that I found at the time. Then, to make it an even better value, Michael has a hook-up at Guitar Center. Being with Rockstars of Tomorrow can get you GREAT deals at their Rancho location. Taking lessons from Michael has been and continues to be one of the best experiences of my life. I recommend Rockstars of Tomorrow to anyone who asks, and to some who do not. Thanks for listening. Now get out there and ROCK! I know I will. Kevin Lawrence.

About

Josh had previous short lived piano lessons. But with Hummingbird, he LOVES to practice! The rewards he gets from the box if he practices on the required days has initially encouraged him. Now, he does it for fun and relaxation.

About

Ken is an excellent teacher. He taught my son, JT, guitar lessons for about 3 years. Ken is very patient and motivational, which was very necessary as my son was quite young at the time, . He has an incredible way of connecting with his students.. Ken was able to make the lesson fun for my son and focused on the kind of music JT liked to play. I would recommend Ken to anyone wanting to learn how to play the guitar!

About

Samantha has done an outstanding job providing piano lessons for our 9-year-old daughter over the past year. Mia's progress has been impressive under Samantha's guidance. She has not only learned to read and play piano music to a degree we didn't expect in just a year, but she has also learned many other important things like musical styles, music history and composers. Samantha provides insight to her students about the tone and feel of music and how to interpret that in rhythm, tone and volume, important parts of musical interpretation that I would think are difficult to teach.

Janice is very kind and patient. She accommodated me, even though I have a physical issue that makes learning piano quite challenging. Still, she encouraged me to stick at it. She would make a fine teacher for students of all ages.

I took lessons with Michael Jung for about a year, right up to me moving into a different state. I learned a tremendous amount during these lessons and made a great deal of progress within the timespan of a year. Michael is a very experienced musician, and has a great ear for subtlety. I learned music theory, technique, dynamics, scales, and much more. Michael also challenged me frequently, which allowed me to learn much more in a year than I might have otherwise in a standard course. I also found the lessons to be a lot of fun, making it easier to practice on my own and show up for lessons week after week. Perhaps most importantly, Michael is a very good, kind person. He has a lot of patience and is personally invested in everything he does. I am really grateful to have had Michael as a teacher.
