When first considering getting a personal trainer, I was super skeptical and so scared. I was scared no one was gonna be able to give me the motivation I needed while still holding me accountable and Liz does just that. I’ve been working out with her for 2 months now, and it’s been literally the best decision i’ve ever made. I love having a trainer, and I love working out. Liz makes sure to do different things with me each time. She pushes me, but not too much. She knows how much I can handle but also doesn’t let me quit when i’m just being dramatic haha. If you’re considering getting a personal trainer I highly recommend Liz!!
