I have been working out with Kyle for 6 months and I have actually started seeing results and have been losing weight and gaining muscle. Kyle always responds and works with my busy schedule and he takes into account all of my past injuries and adjusts the work outs as needed. He provides meal plans and work outs if I am not able to go train with him for the week. He is so kind and understanding and always pushes me during my work out, which I never did when I tried working out on my own. It’s exciting to finally start seeing results and I can’t wait to reach my goals and I know I couldn’t do it without Kyle!
