If I was able to give Kyle more than five stars I would I have never met anybody so dedicated and passionate about his job, he made me a personalized meal plan where everything was explained to detail what I had to eat and the amount to ,we sat down and talked about my goals, every time that we have worked out he has been there every second fixing my posture motivating me ! I have been working out with Kyle for 6 months and I have actually started seeing results and have been losing weight and gaining muscle. Kyle always responds and works with my busy schedule and he takes into account all of my past injuries and adjusts the work outs as needed. He provides meal plans and work outs if I am not able to go train with him for the week. He is so kind and understanding and always pushes me during my work out, which I never did when I tried working out on my own. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price varies, based on an athletes commitment and number times an athlete wants to train per week
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Consultation. Getting to know each individual athlete that I help transform their health and fitness. I call my “clients”, athletes because they are athletes. They will be improving their athletic ability no matter their goal. Then we setup and individualized plan specific for each person. No one gets the same program. Which we talk about in detail. Next scheduling, we take action and schedule out the workout program.
