Kyle was an amazing trainer!! Never a dull moment with this guy! Pushed you to your limit, however a limit in where you can keep pushing through. He is a very knowledgeable guy he really knows his stuff, from what angles to hit a certain muscle group to nutrition intake. He has it all!!

If I was able to give Kyle more than five stars I would I have never met anybody so dedicated and passionate about his job, he made me a personalized meal plan where everything was explained to detail what I had to eat and the amount to ,we sat down and talked about my goals, every time that we have worked out he has been there every second fixing my posture motivating me ! Also explaining what’s the best exercise to get better results, and like I said I highly recommend Kyle as a personal trainer because he includes all this plus a great attitude and good Vibe!!

Kyle was awesome to work with. He listened to my body goals and helped push me when I really needed it. He always communicated with me professionally and took the time to correct my form, which is really important when training with weights. I definitely feel like I got stronger and would work with him again.

    Price varies, based on an athletes commitment and number times an athlete wants to train per week

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Consultation. Getting to know each individual athlete that I help transform their health and fitness. I call my “clients”, athletes because they are athletes. They will be improving their athletic ability no matter their goal. Then we setup and individualized plan specific for each person. No one gets the same program. Which we talk about in detail. Next scheduling, we take action and schedule out the workout program.

    I have a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training.
