Introduction: My name is Matthew and I have been fixing washers and dryers for over 10 years. I have been interested with the way things work since the age of 5 which started with LEGO’s and organically evolved to more complex fixtures. I only fix machines that I am sure I am familiar with and I make sure I leave my work area cleaner than how I found it. I’m EPA certified and also a perfectionist with a tinge of OCD. I am a washer and dryer specialist but am capable of fixing other appliances as well. He said that the washer was not leaking, The water was coming from the hose goes into the pipe. The drain needs to be unclogged and to call a plumber to snake the pipe.

Matt is the unicorn of appliance repair people! He's the guy you hope to find early on in your appliance ownership life. He's smart and knows his stuff. He's articulate and explains exactly what is or isn't needed. He'll tell you the things to repair and when the machine should be sent to the recycling center. He works quickly and efficiently, you don't have to stand over him to make sure he isn't wasting time looking at the ceiling padding hours. My boss's friend was here while Matt was here and I believe has plans to call Matt for his own home. Matt is very responsive and lets you know when life throws a wrench and plans need to change. Then is quick to reschedule when things resume forward motion again. Bottom line, he's honest, reliable and we're planning to use him for other appliance maintenance.
