Upwin Delivery Solutions has continuously provided my family and I with the highest quality of professionalism in delivery, moving and shipping services as we frequently utilize all three. The manager Josiah, along with the entire moving team, customer service reps and delivery drivers are extremely knowledgeable in the above mentioned areas and very quick to respond to all inquiries around the clock. I give this business a 5/5 stars as it's definitely the most reliable delivery/moving service l've used in Los Angeles!

My piano was not moved; I was not able to get the piano that I had paid for.
When the movers came (with 4 hour delay)
They had no idea it was a piano that they needed to move. They did not have any equipment needed to move a piano most importantly something to lift the piano onto the truck. When they called the office they were told to go to Home Depot and get a wooden plank. One of the movers was very efficient and conscientious. He told me that they were not piano movers; and even if they were able to somehow get the piano into the trunk it would be damaged. The truck was not equipped to move a piano. And they could not lift the piano up to the truck, any way.
My grandkids and I really wanted that piano.
Until I made the payment the night before for the piano to be moved I had no problems with the moving company. Once they got the payment I had a hard time reaching them all through the day the move was scheduled.
They are not giving me my money back saying that there were stairs that I hadn’t told them about. That is not true.
Because of being ill I was not able to deal with this other than calling the moving company.
When I called recently Jay told me that he can’t give my money back but he fired the movers!!!!!!! The movers should have fired the moving company. The company gave them the wrong equipment, didn’t tell them it was a piano.
