Bryan is an absolute wealth of knowledge. This knowledge is fully applied while working with him. Bryan has a very gifted understanding of the human body and soul. He knows how to connect at quite a deep level with those he is working with one on one. The same goes for the semiprivate setting. I have witnessed his abilities in group coaching settings numerous times. What makes his approach very unique in my opinion is that he knows how to implement play into the session no matter what your goals are. This is so important and makes me leave sessions standing up taller because of an unlocked playfulness and a sense of overcoming a lack of expressing myself. I have had numerous instances where I left a session with Brian and felt a sense of my body and soul feeling fully opened and unlocked. Add a badass workout to this play and that’s a killer combo that he delivers on every time. Thanks Brian!

I’ve been a client of Committed Health and Performance for over five years. In that time I’ve worked with Bryan one on one as well as in small group training classes. I’ve also participated in their wellness workshops and purchased Committed HP fitness products for myself and my family. Bryan Osuna, the Founder and Owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, biomechanics, nutrition and wholistic health. His approach with clients is very goal oriented which I have found to be very motivating and effective. The fitness products they have developed are innovative and much better than what had been previously available. Bryan has an incredible wealth of knowledge in both the fields of fitness and nutrition. He is very in tune with how the body functions and how different muscle groups interact and function. He does a very good job at explaining and educating in not just strength and flexibility training, but also in overall mobility. He understands what is going on with each movement and can tell you why things are happening and what you can do specifically to improve and break through barriers as well as live an overall healthier lifestyle.
