FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Patients are asked to pay the fee for their treatment at the time of service. Upon request, we will provide you with a detailed receipt of your treatment, called a superbill. You are able to submit this superbill for consideration by your insurance carrier. You may receive repayment for your expenses, although that is not guaranteed. You may also be eligible to have it applied to any deductible you may have. This all depends on your insurance policy. We accept HSA/FSA cards along with credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New patient visits are 60 minutes and will include functional movement assessment, manual therapy, and rehabilitative exercises. Follow up visits are 30 minutes. All visits are spent 100% of the time with me for 1-on-1 individualized care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played soccer collegiately and professionally and also for the US Futsal National Team. I blend my sports background with my anatomy and biomechanics training I learned during my doctorate of chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West
