Our pricing is transparent, competitive, and designed to give you the best value for high-quality service. Here’s what you should know: • Price Matching: We proudly offer price matching! If you receive a quote from another professional cleaning service for the same scope of work, let us know — we’ll do our best to match or even beat it. We believe you shouldn’t have to compromise quality to get a fair price. • Recurring Service Discounts: We offer significant discounts for recurring home cleanings. Whether you schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service, you’ll receive a lower rate compared to one-time cleanings. The more often we clean, the more you save — and the easier it is to maintain a consistently spotless home. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we’re happy to walk you through a personalized quote and explain how you can get the most value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry • We confirm your basic information: type of property (home, office), size, number of rooms/bathrooms, preferred frequency (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly), and any special requests. ⸻ 2. Estimate & Quote • Based on the details, we provides a price estimate. • Per your preference we offer a free virtual walk-through for a more accurate quote, especially for large or complex jobs. ⸻ 3. Service Agreement If the customer accepts the quote, we will typically: • Confirm the scope of work (what will and won’t be cleaned). • Agree on pricing, scheduling, and payment terms. • Send confirmation and booking 4. Scheduling the First Cleaning • The first cleaning is scheduled at a mutually convenient time. • It’s often a deep clean or initial intensive cleaning to bring the space up to standard. ⸻ 5. The First Cleaning Visit • One of our Pro's arrives as scheduled, usually with all necessary supplies and equipment (unless agreed otherwise). • Our pro's follow a checklist tailored to the customer’s needs. • Our company may request the customer to be present at the start or end for walk-throughs. ⸻ 6. Quality Check & Feedback After the cleaning, the company often follows up to: • Ensure the customer is satisfied. • Collect feedback and make adjustments if necessary. • We may send a supervisor for quality control, especially in the early stages. ⸻ 7. Ongoing Service (if applicable) • For recurring services, a regular schedule is established. • The same cleaner/team may be assigned for consistency. • Periodic quality checks and feedback requests are common. ⸻ 8. Billing & Payment • Invoicing may be done after each cleaning or on a monthly basis. • Payments can usually be made by credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo or cash. • We offer discounts for ongoing contracts or prepayments.
