The MAS Movers team, starting with Lily, did an excellent job with the move to our new home. They are efficient with communication and expectations. Nothing was damaged. They showed up on time, was very thorough with wrapping everything securely and were professional at all times. I hope we don’t have to move for a long time but if we do, we will definitely use MAS Movers again.

They are great. Flexible with time and situations. I had my elevator broken on thr day of moving. They we’re okay to switch to stairs from a fourth floor apartment.

MAS Movers team did a great job with our 2 hours move from the SFO Bay Area. Lily was very responsive to my questions before the move and the team of movers did a fantastic job with packing everything and moving. They were diligent, punctual and responsive. Highly recommend their service!

MAS movers was responsive as I shopped around for a quote, and offered a very competitive price for my move from San Francisco to LA. The movers showed up on time, we’re friendly and efficient, and the delivery went smoothly as well the following day. No damage to my items. They reconstructed my bed frame quickly and helped me dispose of some old furniture. Payment was quick and easy. I can easily recommend MAS.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We don't have any hidden fees. The price we offer, is the price that we charge. Our hourly rate includes a fully equipped truck, free use of wardrobe boxes (if customers keep the wardrobe boxes, they pay for them), protective blankets for furniture and electronics, professional movers, labor, loading and unloading, disassemble and reassemble furniture. Materials are charge separately.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We usually send a quote to customers. If customers contact us, we ask them for information about the moving. If the customers agreed to book with us, we ask them for the pick up location, delivery location, and an email address to schedule an appointment for their moving.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our staff member have customer service training, and also the owner of the company is responsible for training the new members about how to work in the moving field.
