FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials needed, and the complexity of the job. I provide upfront estimates, so there are no surprises. For smaller jobs, I may charge an hourly rate, while larger projects typically have a set price. I strive to keep my rates fair and competitive while ensuring high-quality work. If a project requires additional materials or unexpected work, I always discuss it with the customer before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by understanding their needs. I typically begin with a quick phone call or message to discuss the project details, budget, and timeline. If needed, I schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to assess the job more accurately. Once we agree on the scope of work, I provide an estimate and set a time for the job. During the project, I keep the customer informed, work efficiently, and ensure everything meets their expectations. My goal is to deliver high-quality results while making the process smooth and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise comes from years of hands-on experience working on a variety of home repair and improvement projects. I’ve developed my skills through real problem-solving, staying up to date with industry best practices, and continuously learning new techniques. Over the years, I’ve worked with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, allowing me to handle a wide range of projects efficiently and professionally.
