Introduction: I have been dancing Latin style dances since I was eight years old. I have also trained in ballet, jazz and contemporary dance style.
Through performing, training and teaching, I have come to find that hands down, teaching is my favorite thing to do! I get so much enjoyment and satisfaction from seeing the look on my students' faces when they learn something new, especially when the look comes from someone who it took a little more work to get there!
I'm a firm believer in patience and encouragement while at the same time, working hard and getting results!

Brenda is an awesome dancer. I am always impressed at the level of her dedication to improving her techniques and quality of her work. My goal is to Latin dance to Barcelona Nights at my 10th wedding anniversary party and I can't wait to see what choreography she will put together to teach me and my husband. I would definitely recommend Brenda if you want to learn Latin, contemporary or ballet dance. 😀

Brenda Armstrong has been a wonderful teacher she is very talented dancer I cant wait to learn more from her and one day be as graceful as she is. I recommend everyone to take her class you will have lots of fun!

She has always had a knack for dancing. She is quite intuitive improvisationally and has a great stage presence accompanied with a strong technique.
