Power Yoga Palm Springs is the most enriching experience! Janet and the other yogis truly give everything in their spirit to make it a one of a kind adventure. The classes offered encompass the diversity of yoga. The teachers are really knowledgeable and always willing to help! My favorite class by far is the hot yoga done by candlelight. It is a perfect place for winding down for the day! It has given me a safe place to heal through movement and breath. This studio embodies what yoga truly is and it really focuses on mind, body, soul connection. The studio is amazing and offers massages and spin classes in addition to the yoga classes.
Full Circle Yoga has been a blessing in my life. Since finding this studio, I have been able to take a variety of healing yoga, meditation and reiki classes that they offer. All of the teachers are great and I can tell they were carefully selected. After taking just a few of Kristen's meditation classes, in which she provides gentle guidance and support throughout, I found I could more quickly relax and clear my mind, in addition to sitting still for several minutes at a time. Previously, these things were almost impossible for me. Also, after just a few months of yoga classes, I was surprised to find how much my strength and flexibility had increased. I absolutely adore everything about this studio, including the healthy food and products they have for sale!

I am not one that ever considered Yoga. Always thought “This definitely isn’t for me or my answer”. But having so many ailments to my body and having trouble working out at the gym because of them, I decided what the heck I’ll give it a try. Bri understood my ailments and she thoughtfully planned out my sessions. She is very thorough, patient, and very motivating. She always sets a positive challenge for me and I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me. Yoga IS changing my life for the better... Thank you Bri!
Lisa is an extremely knowledgeable and amazing yoga instructor. She is very warm and friendly and supportive. Lisa is concerned about any limitations you may have and provides the appropriate modifications to poses to meet your needs. After each session I feel relaxed yet invigorated. I can’t say enough and would highly recommend Lisa for her expert yoga instruction and her kind and friendly way.
I started taking Eddie's deep stretch yoga class after injuring my lower back resulting in a disk extrusion. Physical therapy was no longer helping and I had heard about great benefits from yoga. Before my first class with Eddie I told him about my back, he made suggestions and told me ways to be cautious during my practice. With these tips and consistency of practicing, I felt relief and even saw gain of flexibility I didn't have prior to my injury. Eddie not only took interest in my practice but my healing from injury as well. He would always assist me during class, "pushing" me to get a stretch that I didn't think was possible.
Anna was so great! She taught a yoga class during our family vacation to San Clemente and helped my 85 year old grandpa do yoga. He was a yoga teacher until a few years ago when he started having symptoms from Parkinson's, since then he's lost a lot of his mobility and motivation. But Anna was able to make an old man very happy by helping him show off his yoga knowledge and she supported him the whole time. At the same time she had five other people in the group of varying degrees of flexibility and strength and was able to keep us engaged as well. We all had such a great time and talked about the experience for the rest of the week, including my grandpa who isn't able to talk much anymore. Wish we lived closer so we could hire Anna for weekly appointments! My grandpa really got a lot out of the experience, and the rest of us enjoyed getting to see him do something he loves. Thank you Anna for making this experience possible!

Saying I disliked yoga is an understatement. When in the moment, my mind would wander and I would want to be doing just about anything else. Then I was referred to Alli. She is the real deal. She was trained in Rishikesh, India and knows REAL yoga. I had been learning it wrong this whole time - I cannot emphasize enough how good Alli is! She is an expert at all the different kinds of yoga and has really helped me increase not only my physical health but my mental health as well. 5 Stars!!

Since then I have worked at multiple gyms and studios but I have found since then that I like working in a more one on one and community based environment. Having grown up doing gymnastics (as well as volleyball, soccer, basketball, track, crew), I started doing yoga 15 years ago for injury and pain management.
