Besides the food being fresh and impeccably prepared (note David’s sauce designs on the hot dogs!), I have tremendous respect for Jessica and her team — David and Destyn — who catered my gathering on a hot 117F Sunday! What a grand time we had. We had both the dogs and the tacos menu, along with a grilled cheese for vegetarians. I highly recommend Rivera’s Deli ‘N Dogs!!

Rivera’s Deli N’ Dogs catered our backyard retirement party for over 100 people. They stayed until everyone had their fill of food. Nothing but positive comments from our guests. They were very flexible with their menu, accommodating changes we asked for. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to all.

I can't say enough about my positive experience with Rivera's Deli N'Dogs. They were quick to respond, professional and arrived promptly to our venue.. Did I mention the food was amazing. I received many compliments on the quality and great taste of the food they served. I wished I lived in California just so I could call on them again to cater another event. Thank You Rivera's for your fine service and fabulous food. It was definitely value for money. I don't know how you do it.

I was lucky to find them in such short notice for a work event on 4th of July ! Jessica contact me and was so sweet and professional! Jessica and her team served burgers and hot dogs and chicken strips and it was amazing !!! I heard a lot of great feed back from customers and I look forward on doing more business with them !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Will work with you to meet your budget and if requested custom menu items per budget. Discounts for non-profit, charity or religious events. Other discounts available as well. Very competitive prices compared to others in the industry. RDD only requests small deposit or booking fee to hold the date. Our event minimum is definitely fair in comparison to other vendors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By call or email, we discuss their questions and requests and then if they are interested we give them quote. Email contract if hired. Just ask for 48 hour notice of hire before event. Small deposit may be required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years fast food restaurant service, manager and business owner of restaurant previous to opening this company.
