- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a price for your event, it will include food price and chef services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give you opinions for your event for food and courses, we will decide if you want a 1-3 course meal. Then, we will agree on a menu. I then send out a contract and agreement, then booking payment will hold your day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have a AA in Culinary Arts, I also have been cooking for 40 years. I have cooked from fine dining to open my own Steak and Smokehouse.
