Ted was wonderful and I will hire him again! For once my last minute lifestyle paid off - I thought of hiring a private chef on a Tuesday, hired Ted on Wednesday for an event on Thursday. Ted was very flexible and helpful in selecting a menu. He arrived early and got right to work. He’s friendly and approachable and doesn’t make you feel strange about having a stranger in your kitchen. He’s so considerate that he left us with his special spice blend and the remainder of his delicious raspberry vinaigrette. It’s the extra touches that make his service 5+ stars. If you need someone reliable who can make an amazing meal, call Ted - you will be glad you did. The food was top notch.

Ted was great! He communicated well and helped us cater a menu to the event and even made a special dish for one person with food restrictions. The food to delicious, pricing was very straightforward vs other in home chefs, and he was super professional. We would use him again and recommend him to others.

I hired Chef Ted for my 50th birthday celebration. Before the event, he came over the house to see the area and kitchen he would be cooking in. We spoke of my decor, which was extremely important to me, and we went over serving times. I had a 24-person seated meal consisting of steak bites as an appetitizer, spring salad followed by salmon and filet mignon, garlic mash potatoes, and Brussels sprouts dinner. I am a perfectionist, and Chef Ted was absolutely perfect. The timing, the plating, the communication, his own personal appearance, his sous chef, his willings to make your event exactly what you invision is absolutely on point. Please understand that there is no criticism that I could add to Chef Ted. He is the best!!!

Chef Ted was wonderful! we created an excellent bbq menu which was delicious! His biscuits blew us away and we had tons of leftovers for breakfast and lunch the next day. Our group of 11 all loved the meal and chef Ted!

When I give a price for your event, it will include food price and chef services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give you opinions for your event for food and courses, we will decide if you want a 1-3 course meal. Then, we will agree on a menu. I then send out a contract and agreement, then booking payment will hold your day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have a AA in Culinary Arts, I also have been cooking for 40 years. I have cooked from fine dining to open my own Steak and Smokehouse.
