Welcome, I been a Private Chef with 41 years of experience working as an executive chef. My goal is to make amazing food to eat. I offer a Gluten-free/celiac, and Vegan/Vegetarian menu items as well as meat lover options. I can cook many different cuisines, American, Italian, Mexican/Latin American. I make great BBQ. Chef Ted is truly great! I had him do a personalized dinner for my parents on their 30th anniversary and I could not have been more pleased with how it went. Not only was it an amazing meal, chef Ted went above and beyond to surprise them with a cake even though it was not in my/my siblings budget for the evening. The food was delicious and he explained each plate. Will be referring him to anyone who needs a personal chef! Thank you again chef Ted!

I hired Chef Ted for my 50th birthday celebration. Before the event, he came over the house to see the area and kitchen he would be cooking in. We spoke of my decor, which was extremely important to me, and we went over serving times. I had a 24-person seated meal consisting of steak bites as an appetitizer, spring salad followed by salmon and filet mignon, garlic mash potatoes, and Brussels sprouts dinner. I am a perfectionist, and Chef Ted was absolutely perfect. The timing, the plating, the communication, his own personal appearance, his sous chef, his willings to make your event exactly what you invision is absolutely on point. Please understand that there is no criticism that I could add to Chef Ted. He is the best!!!

We had Chef Ted cook for my husband's 40th surprise birthday party. Chef Ted was very responsive through the process & made great recommendations for the menu. The food was absolutely incredible! The cream brûlée was the best I've ever eaten. He brought everything he needed & even did the dishes and cleaned up the kitchen! Definitely would hire again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a price for your event, it will include food price and chef services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give you opinions for your event for food and courses, we will decide if you want a 1-3 course meal. Then, we will agree on a menu. I then send out a contract and agreement, then booking payment will hold your day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have a AA in Culinary Arts, I also have been cooking for 40 years. I have cooked from fine dining to open my own Steak and Smokehouse.
