Introduction: Hello! My name is JC, I am a fitness coach passionate about health and wellness and I base training my clients out of Riverside, CA. As a kid I used to have difficulty with self confidence and my appearance. And because of that, I want to help those who experienced these issues as well as those that are seeking for quality guidance for their fitness goals. Since then I’ve been learning and researching through the years, and I have been able to use what I’ve learned and implement optimized training methods where I can now share my knowledge and guidance through training individuals who are seeking a goal for themselves. Whether it be losing weight, gaining strength, gaining muscle, or just to feel healthy. I can surely help you with what you’re looking for when it comes to what it means to be “fit”. Still not convinced? When subscribing to my services you will have access to Threshold Training Facility located in Magnolia in Riverside, CA through attending to my sessions at no extra cost. As well as taking advantage of supplements I can provide if you so choose. And due to COVID-19, I will give you special attention for preventative measures when dealing with the virus such as cleaning equipment, giving you the option to either wear or don’t wear a mask during intense exercises, and practicing social distancing with other people, not including myself. Here are four main reasons you should hire me: -I will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear -I will personally work and optimize the best plan with you -Teach you a new perspective on fitness and the various definitions of it -Will discuss your weak links when it comes to training and teach you training and healthy habits you will use for the rest of your life. Background: -Basketball, boxing, sprinter, MMA, bodybuilder and powerlifting athlete -7 years of Powerlifting and Bodybuilding experience -Emergency Medical Technician certified -Kinesiology major/ fitness research analyst -Body Recomposition training/teaching methods - Trained Men, Women, and children - Able to train all ages -Associates for Transfer for Kinesiology, Associates in Social and Behavioral Studies, and Math and Science. -Taken Anatomy and Physiology Pt. 1&2 courses And in conclusion, if you are debating with my other competitors, just know that my training methods, nutritional advice, and other knowledge is quality at a reasonable price. J is an excellent coach, when contacting him he gave me a full rundown of his services and because I was a little far from where he trains his clients, he gave me the option to be trained via online coaching. I was a little skeptical at first, but he was willing to provide as much attention as he could despite being far away. Some things I’ve got from him is a personalized training schedule biweekly and offers advice about nutrition and gives unlimited Q&A’s throughout the week about my progress. Highly recommend

J was very knowledgeable. When I asked him questions about techniques, posture and even questions about supplements, J was able to answer in a simple yet informative way. His responses were very clear and made me feel more confident in my abilities.

J has been helpful in starting my fitness goal of gaining mass and getting lean in proportion to my frame. He is flexible and willing to work with your schedule. Plus, during workouts he really pushed me to where I was physically capable without risking injury, which is always nice in terms of bulking up. I wasn’t as comfortable with weights and didn’t have much if any knowledge about getting bigger; but J was able to not only counsel me during workouts, but also go through with me hands-on my form and machine use specifically at the gym. His advice regarding diet helped too. Overall, he’s out there to help and make your body goals attainable

I worked out with other coaches before, but honestly I’ve got more results with Coach J than anyone else! Coach J is a vary informed individual who actually knows what’s talking about! Honestly if you tell him what you want he will guide you to the finish like and help you maintain your goal !
