I love that he is flexible with my hours, yet I don’t take advantage. I been with him for almost 7 months (4x weekly ) and til this day there is no muscle in my body that isn’t sore!! I've had Coley as a personal trainer for about 2 month now, and things have been great. He is very personable and knowledgeable. If he does not know something, he checks with other trainers. He is always cheerful and while he pushes hard to get us to our goals, it's been worth it. He is willing to hear you out if you have problems with the workout or paying for the sessions. Even while I was in a financial rut he was able to compromise with me, and I am still able to go to his sessions. If you're looking for a person trainer I'd definitely recommend him!

I only had 6 personal training sessions with Coley in 13 days and he has been so far the most amazing personal trainer I've ever had. My goal was to get toned and as you see in the picture, I was able to drop nearly 1% of my fat in 13 days. I haven't been eating clean or anything but I am really satisfied with the muscle gained and the amount of fat I was able to lose. I went to my first session this morning and I have been very hesitant about personal trainers because I had a bad experience with one, but I was very impressed after my session this morning. Coley really listened too me about my goals and what I wanted to achieve. He made the whole workout based off what I told him I wanted and was very attentive with me.
