Very friendly an thorough. I watched the whole process and was very glad I hired him. I would have put multiple holes in my wall trying to get the location right. Asked him to look at some broken casement windows as well and he didn't BS me. Admitted he didn't know how to repair them but took pictures to see if he could get some advice on what to do. Hoping he can figure it out because I'd like to have him work here again.
James installed a window air conditioner of course the window was not made for this but James took his time and figured it out and did a great job.
Peter was awesome. Very quick to get back; able to set up appointment the very next day; arrived and did an excellent job; left no mess behind. He is extremely pleasant, kind and professional. I will contact him again, if I need any window repairs done. Thank you Peter.
The job Adrian worked on was hanging two vinyl outside gates, removing cedar shingles from the front of the house around the front door and window, stuccoing the area removing and rebuilding the front door jamb and threshold and tiling the small front porch with saulito tiles. Adrian and his partner were very reliable and hard workers. Adrian spent time doing the quote on the spot and adhered to the quote. When some unanticipated problems arose, like running out of tiles (my fault), he went out of his way to solve the problem, find the correct matching tiles and complete the job. Even after finishing, when the screen door was not hung correctly, he came back the next day and fixed it. Very honest, I could rely on his word and he did good work. His prices are very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.
Crew showed up on time and finished an extensive roof repair within a couple of hours. They even took pictures for me throughout the day to keep me apprised of the situation, since I had to be at work. Would highly recommend!
several jobs including AC window unit install, TV wall mount, all have gone extremely well and he always figures out a way to get these projects done in my crazy old house! would highly recommend Kevin to everyone!
I hired Tim to install exterior window shutters after my original shutters were damaged in the rain. Tim was quick to respond to all messages and the project was scheduled that same week. Tim showed up at the scheduled time and completed the project in a timely manner. My new window shutters turned out great and I would hire Tim in the future for my handyman projects.
Jose was flexible, friendly and professional. He came to clean gutters and repaired our gate and did some other small repairs.
I have office business windows that front a major street that I lease. Some jerk shot a steel ball into the window and broke the outside of the double pane. B and B worked with me and the Insurance company to get the correct color window and inside tint. Job well done and at a very reasonable price. They even cleaned up behind the install. I would recommend this company for your window needs. Dr. Dave
Bruce did an excellent job installing an upstairs window air conditioner and even was able to install in preferred location which we thought impossible. He also identified a safety hazard that we did not know about and fixed it. He really knows what he’s doing and his prices are extremely reasonable.
Martin and his team were referred to us. We closed on Friday, we fumigated over the weekend, and they had our 1200sq ft house apart Monday morning. Here is what they did in only five weeks: Exterior: -Repaired the fascia -Replaced my window trim on all windows, and two of my windows entirely. -Painted the exterior -Poured a patio -Replaced a large side gate -Built and painted a picket fence -Installed a mailbox -Helped me assemble my patio furniture in their down time -Hauled away two truckloads of garbage from the yard and garage that the prior tenants left -Trimmed the trees to keep the off the roof -Patched the roof -took care of the loose wireing in the garage Interior: -Scraped all ceilings -Ripped out all flooring -Ripped out the tub and shower -Ripped out the vanities -Ripped out the toilets -Ripped out all base boards -Retextured the walls and ceiling -Build two doorways -Built a small wall to fix the hall -Reinstalled the bathrooms with new fixtures -Replaced all the ceiling fans -Replaced two doors to the exterior -stripped my sliding glass door of that terrible fogging-effect plastic - hung fresh bedroom closet doors -new carpet in two rooms -new laminate in the living room, office, hall -new vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms -new baseboards -new kitchen cabnet with counter to match the others -re hung kitchen cabinets to match the other side (they were low) -full paint -smoke detectors -fire extinguishers -re-wired my unsafe attic -new switches and plates Basically, They made it turn-key, from a total dump. And they stayed within my budget. But what will always stay with me is the sense of deep care and respect I felt every step of the way. Our first experience. Never were we blown off of treated like novices. Every time I share pricing with friends who have had work done on their homes, their eyes bug out at how wonderful our pricing was! They always went above and beyond. Like, meeting other people (the surveyer, the city for utilities, the garage door guy, the Apliance delivery guy) so that I didn't have to take work off. Like lending a hand with our last few boxes when we were moving in. Like staying around until my husband made it home on they day he got lost so that I wouldn't be alone in a new neighborhood after dark. Like working weekends to get it done. Like touching base every day with updates. Like helping me spray my yard with flea killer. Like always having a good laugh ready to share. Like answering my stupid "what-the-heck-is-this" calls weeks later when something native to the neighborhood would turn up (mostly bugs). I am so grateful. Also, It's been months and nothing has gone wrong. Our life carries on (knock on wood), and we don't think about trivial house stuff because it's all done.
Gil is a quality guy. He cares about his reputation and does good work. He is not the cheapest guy but reasonable and if you want to do things once the right way you have to pay for that. Gil is a happy person who is a joy to work with. I will be having him back for other repairs immediately
Contacted George with a list of projects I had in mind, but needed a price to see how much I could get done and what the costs would be. George came over to give me a quote and a breakdown of costs of each project and payment schedule, which I appreciated. We went ahead with the work. One of the bigger projects we had George and his team do was to knock down our existing patio and concrete and put up a new one. Old patio was 15' x 20' we did a new 15' x 40' patio. Very happy with the quality of work and the patio itself. Other projects include removing bulkhead and putting up new drywall, installing can lights, new roof, and putting up new doors. I was most impressed by two things - 1) the open communication between us, and 2) the professionalism and politeness from George and his workers. Even little hiccups were properly communicated and worked out. I will definitely be working with them again.
The barn door installation far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Steve for his services and expertise. Thank you again!
I highly recommend this company. We had exterior painting along with some masonry work and some repairs done all to our satisfaction.
I gave jason a $190 project to patch a hole in the dry wall, he did very good. Then I gave many other projects to him on my house that is preparing for sell. He finished project about $560, then add on $350, and my realtor pointed out some painting and appliance installation and hardwood floor fixing, another $600. I feel very comfortable to pay him first, and then let him schedule his time to do the work. It is very helpful for managing rental homes remotely. Even my realtor is impressed with his detail oriented work. Thank you Jason !!
Excellent - ended up making a custom window.
I need some window hinges welded. David does aluminum welding. They are very hard to find. He and his assistant were on time, very nice and went out of his way to accomadate. In fact he took hinges with him to make sure it was done right. I rescheduled him to come back on the 26th as I have vacationers in there right now and I don't want to disturb them
Hector Pena did a great job at installing the windows. What I really liked though is how conscious he was about cleaning up after the installation. He was on time, professional, answered all my questions, and was fairly priced. I would recommend him.
Wesley arrived on time, looked at my long list of" to dos" and their problems, smiiled and began on the hardest: screening in my 4th floor balcony to keep the birds off. He added the upper closet rod I desperately need and hung a stain glass piece in the window. He continued for 6 hours uninterrupted, until all the art work was hung and the leaf was reinstalled on an antique table. He was knowledgeable, a problem solver who pleasantly explained what he was doing. A wonderful job! I will certainly call him again and recommend his services to my family and friends.
Federico responded promptly, assessed the problem, ordered parts and returned the next day to complete the repairs. Besides the problem with 2 windows staying up, he ordered and installed glass in 2 other windows that needed replacing. We were very satisfied and felt the price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
