- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can do an initial consult in-store or over the phone. Using Google Earth we are able to get an initial estimate in most cases. Samples are available in store and we walk you through the process. Once ready, we schedule a confirmation appointment to confirm all measurements and put together your quote. Quote & Contract: We'll send a quote for your project and you can choose which artificial turf you'd like. Once, you confirm your material and sign the contract we schedule your installation!
