Cindy is a very knowledgeable professional and stays current with all new tax laws. She is very accurate and adamant about correctness in all of her work. She is a great bookkeeper and tax advisor. She helped fix my satellite company and Deli’s general ledger setup and maintenance as well as tax submissions. I would recommend her for anything in an office from startup to tax returns. I have never had to wait for a response to any question or problem that I have had with accounting or taxes. Unlike many bookkeepers who only call when its tax season. Her rates are much cheaper than they should be for the amount of work she puts into everything.

Marily Benson was the bookkeeper while I was executive director of a nonprofit in Sacramento. She was steady, reliable, honest, and friendly. She communicated well and let me know when I needed to pay attention to something I'd missed. I trusted her and feel that my trust was honored by her as an ethical imperative and justified by her exemplary behavior as our employee. If there is something she could have done better it has been lost in the intervening years, so it must not have been important. What I remember is how she double checked the time sheets of our employees and created a reliable system of preparing our data for the outside consultant who wrote up our 990s to the IRS. It is so important for an Executive Director to feel the nonprofit's bookkeeper truly has one's back, and that's how I felt about Marily Benson.

OMG! Michael met all my expectations. We met to review and streamline my bookkeeping processes in Quicken for my doTERRA essential oil business. He helped me pinpoint my incorrect postings with regard to a personal loan. Initially, I was afraid my small business questions were out of his league of large business accounting background. But, Michael kindly overviewed accounting procedures with me that had left my memory of learning years ago. All his knowledge he shared with me will help me move forward to generate proper financial statements throughout the year and ease of tax return preparation next year.
