I've been working with Emile and M2 Fitness Pros for about 4 months now. I've been a Martial Arts and Fitness Professional for almost 20 years now and have never worked with anyone who has impacted my nutrition the way Emile has. I feel truly blessed to be able to be coached and learn from him. In my first 2 months working with Emile I lost 12 pounds and 5% body fat. Clients Get Results We have trained over 1,000 clients who have lost an average of 30 lbs. to 60 lbs. and dozens of clients who are in the over-100-lbs. club. 2. We get to know you and customize on your needs. You're a unique person with your own individual goals. We offer a zero-cost, no-obligation consultation to find out exactly what you need to accomplish your dream of being a healthier and sexier you. Other trainers will charge $100. 3. Body Fat Assessment The scale has been lying to you. Muscle weighs more than fat, and you could be leaner than you are fat or even the opposite, but you need to know these results to know where you're going! We will also include monthly body fat assessment for free. There is a company that is all they do, and they can charge $69 for each assessment. 4. Personal Meal Plan Clients pay up to $200 for a custom meal plan. We will set you up with a meal plan custom to your body type and lifestyle. As part of you being one of our clients, this is included at no charge. We base these meal plans on your personal fitness assessment. We will tell you how many portions of carbs, fats and proteins you should be consuming a day, helping you burn all that ugly fat off your body. 5. Personal One-on-One Attention We are focused on you and you only. In the beginning, you need the most guidance with your workouts. We offer one-on-one personal training. We will check on your form and set up workout routines based on your specific body type and goals. With one-on-one personal training, you will get in the best shape of your life. There are three reasons for this: guidance, being challenged and accountability. Most trainers charge $60 to $70 a session at gyms and in-home personal trainers charge $80 to $100 a session. Our rates are $35 to $40 for in-studio and $55 to $60 for in-home. There are any other rates seen advertised lower than us. It is typically shared sessions, like you share training with three or more people. If you are needing to afford training and $35 is too much for a studio, then you could share with one more person. It's not private, but two can be monitored a lot easier than over five, 10, 15 and more. If you choose to share, the studio rate is $25 each per session or just split with as many of your friends for the in-home rate.

You will get a great workout with this trainer! He has tons of experience as a professional athlete, coach and personal trainer so he can accurately assess your abilities, help you determine your goals and tailor workouts to help you achieve these goals. Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines. In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself. I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy. On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets. I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!
Trenton is simply one of the most motivating personal trainers around! He is extremely professional, courteous and attentive. I've had trainers who tell you to do an exercise then go off and talk to someone or use their phone. Not Trenton! If he's not on his hands doing an exercise next to you, he's right next to you motivating you! Moreover, he does innovative and challenging workout that keep you and your body guessing! You get the most out of every minute you workout with him, every session! I am so thankful to have found Trenton, he's definitely a great guy, and I am glad he is assisting me with my weight loss journey!
I'm in my late 60's and was starting to feel "old". I've been training with Siavash at Six Pax now for 8 months. The changes are frankly amazing. I have energy, better balance, and loosing fat and gaining muscle. My wife had a severe illness that left her weak and unable to walk very far. She has been working out with Siavash for the same 8 months and she can now do more than she could do before becoming ill.
