Scott did an excellent job installing my 12’ x 12’ Yardistry Gazebo. He knows what he’s doing, and the price was excellent.
Patrick and his team were awesome! I appreciate his prompt response to my message, and he was available the next day to finish installing our gazebo. Very happy that he was able to get this done for us so quickly!
Two weeks ago, I had Patrick assemble my 12x16 gazebo that I bought from Costco. I am very disappointed with the result. I helped Patrick as much I could because I wanted to give him more time to make sure everything looked right. Patrick's helper was actually very responsible & meticulous. He really cared about what he was working on. He took time to make sure if everything looked right before he screwed everything together. He assembled 3 sides of the roof himself without missing any washers and screws. Those 3 roof sections looked perfectly. While he was working on the final large roof assembly, Patrick jumped in to help. Patrick seemed impatient, Patrick started to rush himself, that made his helper rush too. Patrick did not care if all the roof panels were aligned properly before he screwed them together. As a result, some screws were misplaced and misaligned (see the photo) and there are so many missing washers on the last large roof assembly that Patrick worked on. Those washers are so important on the roof, they prevent the roof from leaking. I saw Patrick working on the Peak Cap Assembly. Today I found out all 3 Contoured Washers are missing on the Peak Cap (refer to Fig 17.1 on page 50 for the gazebo 12x16 if you care what I am talking about). Again, those washers are so important. They are too far for anyone to reach them to seal/fix. Most of people don't see those small things. We just look at the gazebo as a whole. If you hire any gazeboinstallers, make sure they put all the washers on the roof and the contoured washers on the peak cap assembly (the contoured washers are required for 12x16 gazebo only). It is OK for me if everything else goes wrong, I can fix it later myself. But there is no way we can fix those missing washers because some of them are too far for anyone to reach. Remember that One Small Hole Can Sink a Great Ship!
