- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Omega Movers charge an hourly rate fee of $100/hour with a minimum service order of 2 hours in our local city (Sacramento). A 3 hour minimum in the surroundings of Sacramento & a 4 hour minimum if our driving time totals to above 2 hours or more. These hourly minimum orders are due to Omega Movers time & gas commuting!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer would directly call or message one of our Omega partners to speak about their job details, our services & our pricing. In most local moving service requests, it’s moving & transporting anything like household items from one place to another. The customer must provide the essential moving truck or van which we easily assist our customers to establish that with truck rental companies like U-Haul or Budget. We do this with you over the phone, free of charge! This gives our new customers a peace of mind knowing that their the ones simply driving/transporting their own goods. This is also a great moving method for our customers to save money because they know exactly how much they are spending for their truck expense with our moving labor only service rate. Other moving companies can & will up-sale & add extra nonessential fees on top of you’re quote due to truck expenses especially after your move is done which is a very common method these competing moving companies make more money. Here At Omega Movers, Our team has been through endless days, countless hours of hands- on training using common sense & consistent self education from YouTube/Google, online courses with mainly lessons from past work experiences in other moving companies.
