- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first session will start with Darence taking body measurements, conducting body fat testing and a variety of exercises that will help assess flexibility and balance. Darence will then utilize the results of these assessments to develop a client-specific workout plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Darence is a former multi-sport athlete and NCSF Certified Strength Coach and Personal Trainer with over five years of personal training and athletic coaching experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a former athlete getting into personal training and strength coaching was a natural transition. His passion for athleticism and helping others reach their fitness goals led him to become certified and begin a career in training.
