- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any time I meet a new client I start with a baseline session, where we discuss your goals and I can evaluate your fitness level to determine the best place to begin training to reach your goals. In that first session we will also discuss things like training frequency and intensity as well as determine if I am a good fit for your personal trainer needs.o

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Micah - I’m the oldest of three boys in my family, when I started working out my brothers soon followed my example and I was fortunate to teach them what I knew about working out and lifting weights. Throughout my fitness journey I have developed new skills and done things that I previously didn’t think I could do. That has been one of the greatest feelings, early on I developed a joy for seeing other people experience the feeling of success and learning a new skill/achieving something they didn’t think they could do.
