- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for me to ask you a few questions to see if I can help you. If I think I can help you we will set up an over the phone consultation for more in-depth questions, give you some strategies to help you immediately, and go over my program logistics.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom was over weight while I was growing up. I always tried to get her into the gym with me but she always felt like she needed to lose weight before she could even go into a gym. It broke my heart hearing this.. so as a trainer my goal is for my clients to walk into and leave the gym with their heads held high. I always tell my clients how proud I am of them for just walking into the gym because I know how difficult that can be.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in clients that feel uncomfortable walking into the gym or only use cardio equipment. I help my clients feel secure not only at the gym but also in their personal lives. When you feel confident in your own skin you are able to live a more confident life!
