I worked with Coach Solorio during the pandemic when needing some more guidance to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I received training which consisted of HIIT workouts which including a variation of stability and endurance exercises. So fantastic at motivating me without me even knowing he is doing it! Since I started PT sessions with Hector, my energy level is really good and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week!
