I am glad I found Royal Fitness. Ryan is a professional guy who strives to help his clients succeed and attain their fitness goals. Working out and eating healthier has really helped with my anxiety and overall feelings. I’m glad I started and I plan to keep it going. I do one-on-one sessions with one his trainers, Kayla, and she takes my goals into account each time with her sessions. It’s been a long time coming for me to take my health into account and I’m glad I started doing so with Royal Fitness.

I’m really glad that I got connected with RoyalFitness. Ryan is very passionate about his coaching and goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a positive experience in every workout. Ryan is very responsive, professional, and accommodating. I lost a total of 15 Ibs since I started with Ryan 3 months ago. He customized workouts for me to do on my own and at my office during those days we didn’t meet. He also sends weekly positive encouragement to remind me to stay committed to goals I had set. He’s alway happy and upbeat when you show up to your session. I highly recommend Royal Fitness by Ryan because you’ll get a personal trainer, coach, and a friend that will encourage, but also push you to achieve your goals!

Personal Training
Ryan is a great professional and very knowledgeable trainer. We have been working together for 3 or so months now and for the first time in a long time I have seen many positive changes throughout this time span and not just physically but with my lifestyle as well. Ryan has a longterm, non fad, no shit methodology and will steer you clear of incomplete quick fixes. Instead he focuses on fitness as a complete lifestyle and that is why he the right man for the job.

Ryan has worked really well with my husband who finds it difficult to find time, (and motivation!) for workouts. He has been professional and friendly, working hard to tailor a programme to meet the specific needs of my husband and push him to achieve his goals. Flexible and reliable, we’d wholeheartedly recommend Ryan.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The goal of our complimentary one-hour consultation is to discuss your personal nutrition and fitness goals and how we, as a team, will go about meeting those goals. Throughout our personal fitness coaching, we will explore various exercise techniques, proper form and breathing, and numerous ways of stretching in addition to how to understand and apply nutrition. As we want our clients to be as comfortable as possible, we implement an informal, yet professional training style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I (Ryan, owner) received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Science from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) in December 2018, and hold an American Council on Exercise Certification. I specialize in lifestyle changes. I do train a wide-range of people who have various fitness and nutritional goals. I have over 10 years of experience working in private studios and commercial gyms. Additionally, I have interned at CSUS at the Sacramento State Strength and Conditioning Program and have military training in the United States Marine Corps. Lastly, I am CPR/AED certified. In addition to education and professional experience, I previously placed first in two teen bodybuilding competitions and recently placed first and third in two divisions at The Novice Show.
