I can't say enough about my experience with Ken. He is very intuitive. His lessons are balence between exercises and therory. I have alway found myself mentally stimulated, with plenty of work for my fingers. He is very energetic and reaches out between lessons to give you more music to play with. His warm and friendly personality make the lessons fly by. He also willing to work through tought topics without cutting the lesson short (schedule permitting ). I really appreciate his effort into his students. He has also been pretty flexible with my shedule. As an adult these are not the piano lessons I hated as a child. Lol
I'm having a lot of fun! The hour just slips by and my monologue improves tremendously from the start of the lesson. It's also one-on-one so I get all the attention I need.
I used to play in band as a kid, but I never explored singing very much. I wanted to try something new and was curious to know if I was any good. Ashten has started from the very beginning with me. I never knew how much went into singing before I took lessons with her. And she's been patient teaching me all of the concepts and works at my pace. I am really enjoying studying the voice and never knew how possible it is to become a better singer if you use the right tools. I'm definitely seeing and hearing very positive results.
It would have been nice to have more information about the actual teacher who would be coming to the house. I took it on blind faith that he was a good teacher and a normal person. There was no resume or bio or picture or anything. Turns out, Adam seems great (2 lessons so far). But more info would have been helpful.
Mathman tutored my son in Geometry. He is a fantastic tutor! He was extremely patient, supportive, great teaching abilities, very personable, cool to work with, organized....he is fabulous! In addition, he communicated with my son's teacher on a regular basis, attended my son's IEP and he advocated for enhanced accommodations for my son. We are going to miss our weekly meetings. Thank you Mathman!
Loving my lessons with Ethan. I'm new to guitar, and he's great at starting at the very beginning. He's patient and has a great laugh.
Leah Diamond is a loving and dedicated mentor. Her lessons are highly personalized and leave me with no doubts that she is giving me her full attention. I always feel safe to be emotionally vulnerable, a feeling that I have come to learn is a key part of growing as an actor. Although she focuses a lot on the more abstract concepts of becoming a good actor, Leah is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the concrete aspects of the business. She aided me in building a better resume and helped me connect to networks where I can market myself in order to work and gain experience. She is extremely adept at fostering growth through personal exploration, creativity, and imagination. I am a better and more confident performer thanks to Leah!
I have recently had the pleasure of being directed by Edward in two stage productions. He is dedicated, outrageously funny, and knows what he wants to see in the actors with whom he works. I have had opportunities to work with him in both group settings, as well as one on one. As an acting coach, he brings unique choices to the table. He challenges one to think about what one “should” do versus what one “could” do and to think outside the box. I feel confident in saying that I would work with Edward again in the future and respect his direction.
I hired Paula to teach a swing dance lesson during my boyfriend's 30th birthday party and the whole process could not have been smoother. Paula was super flexible, easy to book with and had great follow through. She arrived perfectly on time for the lesson and was a true delight. My boyfriend has taken tons of swing dancing classes over the years and he said that she was the best teacher he's ever had. She spent time helping every couple in our group and her experience really showed. I cannot possibly recommend her more highly!
Braden Austin undeniably aided me in my endeavor to become a better vocalist through our voice lessons. As a neophyte to singing in general, I found Mr. Austin to be an invaluable resource due in great part to the patience and deification that he showed in spades at each and every one of our lessons. Three months later, I find that I'm able to utilize a proper vibrato and sing through my diaphragm, which were both skills foreign to me before Mr. Austin's teachings. Though my strengths remain far more suited for straight plays, thanks to Braden, I've now managed sing on the stage a fair number of times now. Without a doubt, if you're looking to improve yourself as a vocalist, be you a novice or a veteran looking to stay in practice, Braden Austin is your man.

I love singing because it allows me to express myself in all the genres of music out there. I'll help you find your voice in the genre that fits you best.
I will take you through your pieces and show you how to make them pop. If you have a monologue you've been working on and it just doesn't seem to be getting to that next step, let's take a look together. Perhaps, with a second pair of eyes (mine), we can take it to that next step. Same goes for any piece you're working on. Give me a call and let's talk.

Because not only have I been in the music business my whole life, but I am also a Medical Assistant. This gives me an advantage over most of my competition. I am not only teaching from a classical technique, but I am teaching my students from the inside out, helping them to understand their instrument fully.
