Dickson really came through when we had a not-quite-emergency but pretty urgent plumbing issue come up. I messaged him through Thumbtack and he called me within a few minutes. I'm so glad he was able to come out the next morning to help us unclog the drain in our bathtub.
He was also knowledgeable about what the process would be if we wanted to replace the drain in our condo. He brought an associate who helped a lot, which we really appreciated.
