I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

Mark is an awesome trainer. He listens to your goals and finds a way to help you reach them in a realistic plan. His knowledge of the anatomy will help you get the most out of your workout. No workout is ever the same. He gives you the tools to succeed- Meal plans, check ins, and workouts for days you aren't training with him. It's a fool proof plan IF you follow and listen to him. He also offers meal preps and they are tasty!
Lauren and her team are amazing! We hired LA Fit Life as part of our Wellness Month at our law firm. The program exceeded our expectations! Rochelle starting training me after I had my twins (I also have a 2 year old). With three babies in 2 years I really needed some help jump starting my exercise routine, and getting my body in shape. Rochelle was the perfect trainer to get me back on track for feeling strong and healthy. I have been working with Rochelle for 3 months now and am seeing great results. Rochelle has the perfect balance of pushing me, encouraging me and helping me get to my goals. I LOVE her coaching style! She's also a mom so she understands the challenges of having small children, trying to balance a busy schedule and knowing what your body has been through during and post pregnancy. With a busy schedule it's tough to make time for yourself, and I am really enjoying having 2 hours a week dedicated to working with Rochelle. She has been such an important part of my life the last several months and I am so thankful she is training me!
Diane and I worked for a couple of weeks and she had showed me how professional she can be. She absolutely helped me a lot in teaching me new exercises. In the beginning of our course she asked where I wanted to be when it came to how I wanted my body to be and she made my own personal fitness plan according to what I told her. The fitness plan was great! Although we had only worked for a couple of weeks, I did see some changes especially in the way I eat. To top all of that she was very sociable and understanding. She actually tries to get to know you which is great. I felt comfortable opening about myself with her. My few weeks with her were great! I totally recommend working with her!

GOAT Fitness totally changed my attitude towards physical fitness. Rather than "exercise" at GOAT Fitness we TRAIN. Understanding the difference of a strength & conditioning PROGRAM like those offered at GOAT Fitness, compared to the exercise I did at my old personal training facility explains the difference in results. My old gym was pretty common to most "Exercise to the point of suffering while on a strict diet" I lost some weight. What my old gym did was made me dread my workouts, I was burned out, hungry, and unmotivated. Here the training sessions are physically demanding, but focused on strength goals, on pushing towards maximum performance rather than exhaustion. I've been a committed satisfied client for 6 months, I've lost 15 pounds, decreased my body fat from 26% to 19%, I went from a size 10 to a size 6. After I changed my focus from "punishing" my body with restricted calories and endless cardio at my old gym to STRENGTHENING my body at GOAT Fitness I've hit fitness milestones I never would've thought possible. Haley is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness is increasing and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to box, complete more sit ups / core exercises, Haley pushes me harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment. Importantly: Haley ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I've done group training and individual training with Vanesa. She pushes you and gets you to do things you don't think you can. The sessions are always fun, and always a workout. She is constantly changing things up so I'm finding myself sore often, which is a good thing! The one thing I love is that she focuses on making me strong, which does more for my confidence than the scale. I've gotten into the best shape with her and highly recommend her.
I started training with Greg in August 2015 because I had a fitness goal that I didn't know who to attain on my own. I didn't have any experience lifting weights and I had a hard time motivating myself to workout at home. Greg introduced me to weightlifting. He ensured I used proper form and lifted the right amount of weight for me. Then, he customized a plan, which included personalized workouts, to help me reach my goal. I love working out with Greg because he keeps me accountable, he's extremely positive, and he's great at motivating me to push myself. Even though I reached my original fitness goal months ago, I still workout with Greg multiple times every week. His expertise continues to impress me, and I love the results his workouts produce.
