Dance Classes by Shelly

Introduction: Do you love to dance? I know I do, that's why I decided to work for both Kinderdance® International, Heartlight Aerobics and became a certified adult group instructor through the American Fitness and Aerobic Association. I have also started a complete dance program for Kid's Depot in Chula Vista, CA. All of the children's programs I teach promote a healthy mind and body and are offered at schools and community centers around San Diego.
