Leeya S. says, "I frantically called SOS this morning because we noticed our access panel to our crawl space fell off in the rain and knew that water must have gotten into our attic. Francisco, the GM, inspected the interior of my home and entered the crawl space to check for water damage. He noticed that some areas were wet but not to the extent of requiring remediation. He also took detailed videos that he sent to me with tips and advice of how to secure and protect our space. He was friendly, kind and professional. Because we didn’t require additional services beyond the inspection, he did not charge us for the trip - I tried to give him cash and told him to get lunch on me, but he refused and said the best way to repay him is to keep his number if we ever have actual water damage in our home. I absolutely will keep his contact info and use him for any future needs as well as pass along his info ti friends and family. Thank you for my peace of mind!"See more
