Lavonne was very flexible working with our small event. A small event of important people all with different food issues. She created an appetizer feast for meat eaters, vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free. Everyone was happy and well fed. She did a great job and we will use her again. I recommend Sage Bleu for your catering needs.
Chris was very easy to talk to, which was important since this was my first catered event for our Preschool Fundraiser. He walked me through the process and his prices were great! I asked him for a tasting and he came to the school and fed several of our teachers. Everything was delicious! Our event was for 100 people and was an evening event with appetizers and wine/beer. It went perfectly. Not only was the food great and beautifully served, his staff was awesome. They totally blended in. A bonus was his bartender: she arrived a half hour early and instead of sitting around, jumped in and unloaded cars and set up with us. We can't wait to book him for next year's fundraiser!
Shannon was great! My company hired her for a community Halloween event for children and we were blown away by her talent. She was able to paint every kid's face that wanted a face painting and did an outstanding job! I have not seen better face painting.
I booked Annemarie for my wedding planning services and I am so thrilled I did! I knew I needed the help and I could have NEVER have done it without her! She was so organized, insanely helpful to my family and I, fun, and such a pleasure to work with. Besides keeping me on a schedule and making sure I was having fun instead of stressing on what I needed to do next , she would approach me and let me know it was time. She made all the steps to our wedding flow flawlessly (food service, toast, dance, photos, dessert, bouquet toss). If it wasnt for her I would have been delegating and stressing my own husband and wedding party to make sure everyone else had fun. Instead I got to actually enjoy everything and have fun myself ! Being a professional musician who plays for countless weddings, private parties, and corporate events, I've seen my fair share of soirees. Kelly's stand out to me because she puts herself into every event she throws. It is obvious that she has a passion and delight for what she creates. Artist-event planner: She is first and foremost an artist, and thus every party of her's becomes a work of art, sparkling with those clever, delightful, novel details that make one giddy like a child, and bring one into the present moment. These events are visions that are tailor-made from imagination, not canned. This 1920's themed party was a portal to another era where, because of our surroundings, we couldn't help but find ourselves playing in character. The decorations, table settings, poetically dripping candleabras, classic cocktails, cigars, 1920s murder mystery game, the antique frame to capture pictures inside of, and of course Kelly's hostess with the mostess charm and orchestration all evoked my inner Gatsby. We seek to party because we seek to become both transported and present; Kelly's events have a bit of magic to them, where you come home feeling like you went somewhere extraordinary, and that while you were there, you were there the whole time. Kelli was awesome to work with! So friendly and responsive. I originally thought I wouldn't need a coordinator, but now I am so glad I hired one! The day ran smoothly and I have no doubt it was because of Kelli.
Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.
Virginia has been a life saver! I had a baby a month ago and have two other kids. I needed some fresh and delicious home cooked meals delivered during my maternity time. We do the menu planning together and she sends suggestions based on our needs. Currently we have vegetarian family in town and she's been making delicious dishes for the whole family.
From first contact to event's end, a top notch experience. Monique is a consummate professional who paid attention to our "vision" of the kind of event we wanted and gave excellent suggestions for our all vegetarian menu and great advice to help us stay close to our budget but still have the quality event we envisioned. We did a site visit so she could see the event space for planning on her end and she kept in close contact to check in or see if there were questions on our end. On event day, she and her partner set up the food and displays beautifully and everything was yummy and better than fabulous! I highly recommend her and hope I have the opportunity to work with on a future event!
