- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for the work that is provided. The key thing to remember here is that we will take the time to complete additional forms to get you a better tax answer. If you qualify for the First Time Homebuyers Credit and it will get you an $8,000 refund, its worth paying us to complete that form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we complete more than the required continuing education. In California, CPA continuing education requirements are 80 hours every two years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Tax laws are always changing which makes my work very interesting and never dull. Meeting with people and understanding their unique circumstances and then presenting them with a good tax plan is one of my favorite things that I do.
