- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think its really important to be realistic about your goals and your commitment to achieve those goals. You want a trainer that will be totally invested in you and your goals. You want a trainer to be honest with you always. Lastly, you want to shop around and get the best value for your money. Meaning: great customer service, a super knowledgeable trainer, a credentialed trainer with at least 5 years experience. A trainer who's professional, personable and down to earth. A trainer who has a track record for getting results from real clients. Most important a trainer who can make working out fun!
