I was in an accident, 13 day coma Traumatic brain injury and 3 strokes. Was like I died and reborn as infant but actually as an adult. I had zero mobility with no muscle. Toby as my personal trainer who guided me with a proper food diet and daily routine for rebuilding my body from nothing basically to a fit/ in shape fazike! Fit Hacker with the CMT Training videos for each individual specific muscles, demonstrate the proper form so the execution of each exercise was completed perfectly! Which lead to rapid success on rebuilding my body! Beyond recommendation for Toby's FitHacker program. He saved stress of not knowing what to do! So professional and beyond friendly of a personal trainer! I owe him everything! Thank you Toby! The only way I'll ever work out again! Don't be foolish, get on this program routine immediately!!!

Toby is the trainer that you want. He not only looks the part but lives out what he values. He is knowledgeable and an excellent coach for all things fitness. Highly recommend.

Toby helped my wife and I meet our specific needs and goals with both fitness and nutrition. He checks in daily and is there to motivate you. The training plan was specific to our fitness goals and the demo videos were very helpful for us as beginners. Between the two of us we lost a total of 60lbs in about 4 months. If you follow his advice you will see results. Highly recommend, thanks again for all you did for us!

Working with Toby has turned my “cannots” into “cans.” He has pushed me further than I thought I could go, and has shown me that I can reach my physical goals if my mind wants it bad enough. Training with Toby has benefited my perspective in other areas of my life besides just in the gym and I feel more empowered than ever before. I have learned so much from Toby about about creating the right mindset in order to reach my goals. I started training with Toby after years of training on my own very successfully. Even with the knowledge that I brought with me, Toby was able to teach me so much more and take me to the next level. When training with Toby a few things become very clear. One is that he has a passion for helping people. Toby will get so excited for you when a concept clicks or you start to see results. The other is that he is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and other important concepts such as nutrition and sleep. If you want to have a great conversation and learn a lot ask Toby about sleep… I know from experience. With that being said you need to come to Toby willing to learn and make changes. There are not any quick fixes in health and fitness and the majority of the work will be on you. Toby will help you get there as fast and as efficiently as possible but in the end it’s up to you to put the work in. If you are ready to put the work in and make long term changes for long term results I can honestly say Toby will put in just as much work to help you get there. I had a great experience working with Toby and you will be hard pressed to find someone that cares about your results as much as he does.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My online programs are 16 weeks & they are about teaching, not just ordering you around. I tell my clients It's a one time investment. I'm not the cheapest but I solve your issue forever. After the program you should never need another coach or program again because I'll teach you every last trick in the book pertaining to diet and exercise. With that said, are you willing to invest financially to reach your goals? (Be ready to move forward IF YOU and me decide you're a good fit for this program. IF you are not a good fit I will let you know and refer you to someone else.)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, we have a call to make sure we are both on the same page, (most important) Ive found that if the coach and client are not on the same page it creates a very toxic relationship. If we both feel it's a good fit, we will get into all the details, (goals, pricing & packages)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Kinesiology, Bio-Mechanics, Nutrition, Metabolic Strategy, Life Coaching, Personal Training.
